Please understand that we are a small business! Due to the floor life of our products, we would love for you to read our return policy below!
Our return policy allows for returns/exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Return the item within 7 days of purchase for a refund or within 14 day of purchase for a store credit or exchange.
- Items must arrive to our Returns Department within the 14-day period.
- Items must have tags attached and in original condition.
- Item must be unwashed, unworn, with no make-up or deodorant marks.
- Shoes must be unworn and in their original box.
- If there are any issues with your item(s) upon arrival, you must let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
All SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE.
All jewelry, hair accessories, hats, belts, handbags, wallets, sunglasses, beauty products, gift cards & seasonal items are FINAL SALE.
Shipped returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the item being delivered to you due to transit time for it to get back to us.
The return process must be initiated and returned back to us within the 14-day window.
The return label & shipping fee is the customer's responsibility.
Promotional sales (promo code discounts) are not final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping & original shipping cannot be refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
